Running Log

Last week: 21 total miles


It's official. I joined a running group. Something I have been wanting to do for
some time. And I finally did it.

Lots of new, very friendly people and a fantastic coach.

Who knew there was a right or wrong way to run? Wasn't your stride and
landing naturally yours?

The wrong way is long strides. The right way is shorter strides.

The wrong way is landing heel-toe. The right way is landing mid-foot.

And your core? Well, the core is much, much lower than I thought, if ya
know what I mean...

Tomorrow will be a long run with the group through the forest preserve.
A new route for me. Way too lomo to run in the woods alone :)
