Track Workout - Old School


It was good to get some speed going. I headed for the high school track – the one they don't use anymore – crushed limestone.

I read in Chi Running that it's easier to keep your form when sprinting. This proved to be true – I felt the Chi when doing ladders!

Our workout was 20 on/20 off, 30 on/30 off, 45 on/45 off, 1 min on/1 min off, 1:30 on/1:30 off, 2 min on/2 min off, 1:30 on/1:30 off, 45 on/45 off, 30 on/30 off, 20 on and easy for the rest of the run.


Me and my shadow…although the speed felt good at the time, it has aggervated my high-ham. I just can't get that off my back(side) haha...(my daughter said this was an awkward picture of me – I think it's funny :)
