I ran my neighborhood 5k on Saturday.
It was a beautiful morning, I knew half the people running in it, who could resist? And the leg felt fine. I tried to keep a relatively slow pace as to save the leg from any stress. I am now most likely being over protective, but it was truly miserable not being able to run because of an injury and I don't want it to happen again.
Running makes me happy and keeps me happy :)
