Running Log- Getting Back On Track


Monday: 4 miles

Tuesday: 6.5 miles

Wednesday: 3 miles

Thursday: Rest

This running thing is fun again. I am much smarter about knowing when to push myself and when to listen to my body and hold back.

So important.

Saturday, tomorrow, is supposed to be an 8 mile run. The weather has been absolutely beautiful. I am looking forward to it.

Back to the new music I mentioned last time...I cannot strongly recommend any songs from the new bands I have been listening to except for song away by hockey.

It is an interesting run when my thoughts are louder than my music. I kinda like it.
