Running Log



My neighbor loaned me this book last March (or maybe he gave it to me, I have had it for so long) and I finally cracked it open over the weekend. I have a new training program with a focus on not getting an injury as I increase miles and pace.

Last week: 16 total miles

That includes a 40:38 min. 5 mile Turkey Trot which was a good time (what I meant to say is it was a fun/good time, not referring to my race time, but I am happy with it!). My friend is waiting to get his medal in the mail as he is sure he placed in the top three of his age group. Hmmm. Maybe I will get one too :)

Today is a rest day.
