On Saturday AT&T Jim and I ran 9 miles together and he went on to run 5 more! Not to mention the 4 he ran before he ran with me.
Now even I think that is a bit crazy, but I have a feeling I will be doing the same one of these days.
My guess is that I will add a mile on to my long runs each weekend.
10 miles this Saturday? We are going to a surprise party the night before...Hmmm, beer has carbs, carbs are good for running...
