Running Log

Last week: 37 total miles


Ran the big 20.


And it wasn't so bad.


Ran with Lisa, my running coach. I was on my own for the last 4.


Mental torture to do the last leg of a long run on your own!


I averaged a 10:00 mile. Not as fast as last week, but all good.


Afterwards, ate and drank for muscle recovery and soaked my legs in cold water...


And I wasn't stiff or sore...Amazing!
