Hills are scarce around here. Our running group has to go to a neighboring town to do a "hills" workout. I was on my own Monday and added a few hills to my 6 mile run.
Decent incline, gradual, rolling. Just like Boston. It's important to practice going down hill too. Last year, I was not prepared as much as I wanted to be for the first 5 miles of the marathon, which is down hill. By mile 7, my quads were burning!
