Saturday: 11 milesThere was a huge break in my running routine:
- daylight savings time
- 50° and sunny
What a difference daylight and warmer weather makes. Other than many, many pot holes left from our terrible winter, running was effortless. I was able to get my mind in the zone. Love that!
Last week was a rest week and this week is sort of a rest week since I'm getting ready to run Chicago's Get Lucky half marathon on Saturday.
Last year I PR'd with a 1:40. With all the bad footing through the winter, I really don't know if I can run that fast this time around - I don't have a fast, decent, outside training run to compare it too.
I can only try, right?!
