Running Log
Day 13 - Wednesday's Run:
60 minutes
Slow and steady. Beautiful sunny cold day. Ran outside to the zoo! Next time I am going to bring my pass and run through the zoo, although it was so early I bet they would not have had a problem if I entered without a pass. On the way, a white silence of the lambs van going slow...they should ban those vans without windows...I run with my phone...Do I need to talk about the new running bra I purchased? Probably not, but wait, one word t-i-g-h-t. I forgot about it at about 12 minutes, but afterwards...who likes wearing their bathing suit under their clothes?
