Yesterday, I did a progression run and truly felt progress. Mentally, I had to push and focus on maintaining the pace, although it wasn't a laborious struggle. I'm uncertain how I will do in the half on Labor Day — it took me a while to get warmed up and get moving, but I felt stronger than I have in a while. Thumbs up.
