a little over 7 miles

Day 47 - Monday's Run:
Rest

Day 48 - Tuesday's Run:
50 minutes
Strong, fast paced run.

Day 49 - Wednesday's Run:
Ran out of time to even run!

Day 50 - Thursday's Run:
45 minutes

Out of nowhere, I became very busy this week and found I was trying to squeeze a run in where ever I could. For me, the morning is the best time to hit the road running, not an hour and a half before I need to pick up the kids from school.
