The weather has been perfect for running. Sunny, but cool, no humidity. It makes such a difference, doesn't it?
Yesterday, we went to the Kane County Flea Market. Lots of stuff to look at which sparks tons of creativity. My daughter took pictures of vintage toys, keys, gears, whatever you can think of, including this sign someone made. How fun.
Last week was a "rest" week since we ran the half on Labor Day. The next race I'm thinking about signing up for is a half marathon trail run in October. I plan to bump up my mileage again starting this week and take advantage of this beautiful weather!
