Last week: 22 total miles
Saturday: 8 miles

Last week seemed like a light running week. Unfortunately, I missed the speed workout, but for good reason — my sister is in town. We have so much fun when we're together.

Like magic, I am running up-to-speed again. My speed, that is. Labor Day has been the milestone to pass, then things seem back to normal with my pace. Why is that? Did it take me 5 months to recover from Boston, get my iron levels back up?

Whatever the answer may be, I'll take it!

This week, I'm back on track and training for a half marathon that's on October 18th. Beautiful, wooded, trail run.

On the side, I created a new art print with a running quote to celebrate the day you get our there a run.
