Running Log


Heavy legs, feeling like an elephant treading water, average mile time
from 8:32 to 9:40.

My get up and go, got up and went.

Was I not eating enough of the good stuff?

Was it my music?

Was it my Mizunos?

Was it my mind set?

Why did I want to stop running after a mile (have a little cry) and walk home?

I pushed through, though. Because a girl has got to run.

But what the heck? Where was my energy?

It turns out, my training depleted my iron levels.

Who knew.

A coach is invaluable when training.

She knew.
