The last two Saturdays in a row, I ran 14 miles for my long run. Ugh. There has to be some method to my coach's madness, right?
Also, gotta love the speed workouts on Wednesdays. Brings me back to my high school days on the track team.
This week is a light week. Thank goodness.
I have started keeping track of calories, protein and carbs. Lately when running, I feel like an elephant treading water. Come to find out, as my mother has always said, I'm not eating enough...well, enough of the good stuff for my muscles to burn.
