Saturday (today): 10 miles, 70º
I've lost track how long I have been running with my group - 2 1/2 years, maybe longer. Lots of miles on this trail. The summer shot was taken this morning. It rained while the sun was shining, it was humid, but only about 70º - so kinda perfect in the running world.
Not too hot, not too cold.
How far we have come! And still going strong . . .
