Labor Day Half Marathon

It's been a frustrating road, mentally and physically for the past few months, but I'm pleasantly surprised with this race. One of the only races to date I didn't ride my watch and went by feel, only to completely enjoy the run and finished strong. This is a tough course of rolling hills, crushed limestone, street and bike trails, and guaranteed humidity.

I didn't push myself too hard to reach a goal time, because I didn't even have one. And believe it or not, I ran better than I did last year.

Peaks + Valleys = Running + Life
Cheers to that with a free race beer!
