Weekly Running Workout


Last week: 31 total miles

Do you ever have that stretch of time when you think your running days are over?

It takes a lot of patience to get through it and then it's like the sunrise over the horizon. The work isn't done yet, but it's a start, a mini breakthrough.

I made progress getting in some miles without a whole lot of discomfort with my hamstring. Yay.

Here is my weekly running workout:

M – rest
T – 5 miles
W – 7 miles
Th – 5 miles
F – rest
Sat – 6 miles
Sun – 8 miles

Steady, easy pace. Working on a consistent turnover.
