Running Log - Ouch!

Day 32 - Monday Rest.
Day 33 - Tuesday Rest and more rest.

My achilles tendon is hurting, really hurting. I need to let it recover before I do more damage running on it. :(

The good news is that a group of ladies in the neighborhood is going to be training for a half marathon and I will be joining them! I will have some running partners instead of this being a solo gig. As the miles increase, the company will be fabulous!
