The tartness of the cranberry juice balances the sweetness of the berries. Delicious. Refreshing.
Cheers to a really good week of running. I'm finally feeling the iron supplement kick in. My legs aren't as heavy and I'm gaining speed back. All the easy-aware-of-form runs have paid off as well — my high-ham is almost painless.
Today is a rest day. Tomorrow morning, 8 miles with my group.
