Getting back to the track was humbling! My 200s felt like slow motion, my legs so heavy and I couldn't keep up with my group.

On top of it, I still have that pre-marathon knot/pain where the hammy meets the glute. Rolling it doesn't seem to be helping.
Any suggestions?
